The striker has been a player at Selkirk since 2014 and replaces Steve Forrest who was relieved of his duties yesterday.
The 32-year-old had been tipped to be one of the best strikers of his generation when he made the breakthrough at Hibs but his career took a downward turn after he joined Lokomotiv Moscow in 2006 with a further spell at Hibs coming between time at Birmingham, Barnsley, Tom Tomsk and Greenock Morton.
