An entertaining first half finished goalless with Gretna
having most of the pressure and Star dangerous on the break. Both goalkeepers
were called upon to make impressive saves but more shots were wasted than were
on target.
The only goal of the game came in the second half. Parker
was adjudged to have handled outside the box and Sloan scored from the
resultant free kick.
